Can I add to an existing Order that hasn’t yet been shipped?

Yes, if your first order has not been sent yet. You can contact Sam's Magical Treads via the contact form to add to your existing order. If more postage is required because your order is taken into the next postage bracket, I will invoice you for payment. 
 

If I order Pre-Orders and in stock items in the same order, when will my order be sent?!

Your order will be sent once the pre-ordered items are in stock. If you require the in stock items to be sent first then please order separately or if you have already ordered, please contact me to arrange payment of additional postage.

How do you order a bespoke item?

Firstly you will need to contact us to request a custom order, you may want to check our available fabrics and then our sizes and prices pages for ideas if you haven't already got an idea. Then we will create your own custom listing on the website after a discussion about your needs and wants. It is then up to you to order.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will need to contact us here or via social media with your order number

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping orders depends on how much work we have to do as well as what type or order it is, pre-orders can take a long time as the fabric needs to be printed before this is sent to us, this alone can take 2 months. Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks if all stocked fabrics. Lastly, orders containing ready made items will be 2-5 days. While we always do our best to get them out in 2  working days, during busy periods this can take a little longer. If you need an item sending right away, please be sure to contact us first to make sure we are able to do this

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We currently don't offer gift wrapping, we may in the future but it is not currently a plan.

How can I track my shipment once its been sent out?

Unfortunately we do not offer tracking, all orders are sent via royal mail. However some larger orders will go special delivery for which we can provide you with the code on request.

Can orders be cancelled after they've been placed?

This depends on the kind of order and the stage of the order. Ready made items can be cancelled if they have not yet been sent. If the order has been sent, you will need to return item in the same condition it left in for a refund. If a custom order, and has not been made, this kids of order is easy to cancel, however custom orders once made are exempt from returns and lastly fabric pre-orders, these are deposits and are none refundable.
